I'm going to dedicate my Monday blog post to referrals. I'm a part of so many subscriptions, networks, applications, and teams that thrive on referrals. It really does pay to know people. I've earned free products, cash, and "rewards" just for having friends and making referrals. If any one in this class would like to help me achieve more as well as help yourself earn free things and cash let me know. I'm going to link some of my personal referral links to this blog.

Workout Time
So I have recently started considering the idea to become a fitness coach. I was trying to obtain a lot of information from another fitness coach that I know. I had a lot of concerns with being a coach because I am not where i'd like to be physically. But she helped me realized that being a coach is more about motivating and sharing your own personal journeys, feelings, and thoughts. So I'm on board. Last night I applied to be a fitness coach and I'm excited to see where it takes me. I'm looking for the accountability and motivation for myself to achieve my fitness goals (because I'm now going to be a leader and need to represent). I'm also looking forward to the rewarding feeling of helping other people reach their goals. Wish me luck in this process!

WORK WORK WORK and MORE WORK
I'm already feeling overwhelmed. The rough draft for our narrative is due tomorrow. I haven't even started it because I've been so busy working every day. I'm quickly realizing that i'm going to need to adjust my availability at work a bit more, if they let me. At this rate I will never be able to keep up with anything. Not to mention the stressful part that it's a 5 page paper. English is my worst subject. So I also notice that I lack a lot of creativity and motivation for my work.
What is the point of a Narrative
A narrative is a way for us to express in our own words what has happened. When we share these narratives people may learn something new about us. We tell stories because it gives us a voice. It lets people know how we feel about a person, place or situation. We tell stories to help understand each other better. The point of telling a narrative is to leave the reader or listener with something. Maybe a moral. The reader should learn something new after reading your narrative.

I don't think I heard about any specific topic for the blog post due today so I'd like to talk about all of this snow. It's ridiculous! I hope we have another snow day tomorrow, so the plow trucks have more time to get these streets cleaned up. Yesterday I attempted to leave my driveway and got stuck. I started to hand shovel my huge driveway at this point. Eventually a plow truck drove by my house and stopped in my driveway. The guy that was driving it asked me if I needed help and I told him I did. I paid him $20 to plow my entire driveway. I went home early the next day to see what looked like a ski resort that hadn't been plowed or shoveled all winter. I had my boyfriend drop me off at the end of my driveway because it would have been impossible to pull in. As I was making my way to my front door the snow was coming up to the top of my boots. These boots happen to come up to right below my knee. Let's just say I can't wait to be financially stable enough to move to a year round warmer nicer climate.
