Serious Question

How am I supposed to work, go to school, do homework (for multiple classes), study, stay in shape, be social, help out at home, AND get 8+ hours of sleep at night?

Offensive Word

Bitch!
This is a word that I find offensive. I find this word offensive when it's directed toward me. I know I'm not a bitch so I don't appreciate being called one. I had an ex who made me hate the word because he would call me it all the time. Most of the time it would be for no reason. He had also gotten in a bad habit of calling other women "bitches". I grew up in a home where swear words weren't used and to me using that word sounds trashy and ignorant.

Sometimes I'm quick to speak. My new goal is to; listen first, and listen more.

Adding Value To A Person's Life

Adding value to someone else’s life is one of the most important things you can do with your life, and it has nothing to do with money.
Adding value is the only way to get another person’s buy-in, and it’s one of the few ways to get other people to believe in you as an individual.
When you’re adding value to someone’s life, you are contributing to that person in a meaningful way. This is important in all facets of life—in leadership positions, in friendships, while meeting and connecting with new people, at your job, and with your family.
If you want people to respect you, then you must add value to their lives. Otherwise you are dead weight.
