Do’s and don'ts for Facebook usage

I agree! Facebook needs to stop being a tool for self-obsessed individuals who feel the need to bash on certain people or stereotypes. A lot of your Do's need to be embraced and practiced more instead of all the hateful situations caused by those who feel comfortable behind a computer screen. A lot of unfortunate effects of Facebook usage is the de-personalization of communication. The older generations have embraced social media to the point where my own mother can’t even reach out to anyone without it, like she or others don’t understand the concept of picking up a phone and calling someone. Facebook can be a tool to connect similar interests but too much personal information is circling around.
